At Elredo, we've been on a mission to help people read more — with their ears. 📚🎧

For 3+ years, the Elredo app has helped people build better reading habits through audiobooks.

Now, we’re entering a new phase for which we need scaling the app, stabilizing engineering, and building the foundation for unicorn-level growth. 🦄

That’s why we’re looking for a Product Engineer who will take full ownership of the Elredo app.

This role is not about maintaining features.

It’s about building, owning, and shaping a product.

  • the Elredo app is maintained by a part-time engineering setup
  • feature development is slowing down
  • bug response time is not where we want it to be
  • our CTO needs to shift focus to Elredo Voice (AI narration platform)

💻 What You'll Own & Do

You will fully own the Elredo app

  • product discovery (with CTO & CEO)
  • development, testing, releasing
  • monitoring, bug fixing, iteration
  • user feedback & collaboration with support
  • architecture & tech decisions
  • using AI where it makes sense
  • improve tech stack & reduce tech debt

At the beginning, you may work solo, closely paired with the CTO.

This is a high-ownership role, not a “wait-for-tasks” one.

📝 Practical Details

Remuneration

  • 110–130k CZK / month (typical range)
  • up to 150–160k CZK for exceptional candidates (strong senior skills + strong 💛)
